Presentation Guidelines
Oral presentations
The authors are advised to prepare their presentations in MS PowerPoint, compatible with Microsoft Office 2010 (or older versions), stored on an USB memory stick. Alternatively the presenters can have their presentations in the pdf format, compatible with Acrobat Reader 11 or older versions. The computers used for presentations will use Windows 7 OS.
The presenters are expected to show up in the session room 10 minutes before the session starts and upload their presentations.
The time allocated to each oral presentation is approximately 18 minutes (15 minutes for the talk and 3 minutes for discussion).
Poster presentations
The space available for each poster is on a board of 124 cm x 74 cm. The poster itself should not be larger than A0 format (119 cm x 84 cm), in portrait position. The posters may be fixed with adhesive band, which will be available in the room.
The presenters are expected to show up in the poster-session room 10 minutes before the session starts and hang their posters on the board. They are also expected to be present by their posters during the whole session, and be ready to discuss their work with interested conference participants.
